However, things are slowly changing, as it can only happen in dire situations. Some are reframing plastic waste as usable mater and taking it upon themselves to change the narrative

Waste is processed on their plants into Pellets and Flakes and thereafter supplied to manufacturers and other recyclers who use the items as raw materials for the production in their manufacturing process.
