Even though olives aren't native to London, globalization has made it possible for waste to break frontiers. This is the case of olive waste found in most areas in the UK. However small this may be, it's still waste and the cities vibrant design scene has transformed it into a usable material.

Olive Stone Emulsion

Olive Stone Emulsion, by Maylands House of Colour, is a plant based paint from olive waste. The powdered pits are emulsified with other components resulting in a beautiful yellowish green paint
