Charente is the region's leading producer of oysters. Although when returned to the ocean they can become home for new oysters, when grown in captivity this cycle becomes obsolete. Luckily for us, shells are made up of over 90% calcium carbonate a very very useful material.

Studio Noff reimagines the production of goods as a process of collective effort, intertwining traditional rope-making with the renowned Limoges porcelain and the local oyster industry. Through a collection of vessels, ‘Linea’ aims to cultivate new practices and aesthetic culture that correspond with the material and social environments in which they operate
